It is looking good. Be aware that if you want tork you need lots of amps. I say 150A - 200A peak. Is your controller 3000W peak or continues. How many amps can the controller deliver to the motor?

The battery I ordered is 80A cont and 150amp peak.
Controller is 100amp 4000w max but at 72v 4000W it should be around 55.5amp I think the 100A is when it works on 48v.

As long as I get the tork of a 50-70cc engine, I don't have to go far with it, I will use it to go to work 4KM and I can charge it there. with 20AH I wont go very far anyway

Maybe you know the answer to this question; I can open the hub motor from both side, if I open it, is anything fixed to this cover or it's only a cover?

Normaly it are the bearings that holds the cover. You can heat it up a little with a hot air gun or something.
