Are the prices of GM Canada with taxes included? So yes are the taxes deducted at the time of an export to France?

To find the final price is easy.

2 - View the cart
3 - Click "Get tax and shipping estimate"

That's it.

Most countries there is no import taxes. But you have to check with your local customs for the final word. All items are declared as "ebike Parts"
