Author Topic: What is the reasonnable delivery time of Motor kit + battery from gm.com ?  (Read 7392 times)

Hello There,

I have ordered a Magic Pie 3 and a battery pack (48V 10Ah) with its Rack almost four weeks ago on GoldenMotor.com (order made on July 19). I received the motor + accessories quickly (1 week), but I am still waiting for the battery pack/charger/rack. I know that the battery is supposed to be delivered separately, but I am starting to get seriously worried!

Of course, I checked the status of my order on the tracking tool on goldenmotor.com with my reference number : http://www.goldenmotor.com/phpsite/customer/login.php , but the tool just display "processing" with no tracking number (even though I already received the motor !  ???)

I also sent 2 emails at the only email address indicated on the website (sales@goldenmotor.com) to get an update, but I am still waiting for an answer for more than week...  :(

So my question is:
Is this delay normal? What is a reasonable delivery time for the battery?

PS: I realized only after my order that I should have ordered from Goldenmotor Canada (Gary) who has very positive feedbacks... I was somewhat mislead and though that goldenmotor.com was the US dealer website, not the chinese website...  :-\

One month and a half since the order, I still did not receive the battery... The worst is that I still did not receive any feedback from GoldenMotor since my first email 3 weeks ago (I sent 2 other emails since then). Of course, their tracking service still display nothing useful. So I don't even know if they sent it and it's stuck in US customs or if they did just not send it yet....  :-\

The customer service of this company is really a joke, they should not be able to sell directly to the US >:(!

I am going to try to order from Goldenmotor.CA.

Send an email to David at GM (wyh@goldenmotor.com) and explain the problem to him.
