How do you test GM lithium battery?
« on: December 17, 2010, 09:31:47 PM »
Hello, I have a GM lithium 36 volt 16 amp hr battery that is not working correctly. It started losing power shortly after I received it and is only good for a few miles before it dies. I have about 50 partial charges on it. Gary from GM Canada suggested that there was some info on this website about how to test your battery for damaged cells and he said he would replace the damaged ones. I have been unable to find the testing procedure here. I am not a technician but I have a meter. I have opened the case and removed the cells, what do I do now?
Thank you.
