I have a few questions about the settings of the controller on the Magic Pie (36V) on our Velomobile (aerodynamic recumbent trike). The power source is a 36V LIFEPO 10 amp continues, 25 amp peak.
When setting the controller with a laptop we need to make several decisions which I do not understand:
Max Current:
- Peak: how do you contol the peak during riding?
- How long will it work?
- I want to use the „peak“ during accellerate from zero and when climbing.
Motor type:
Must the "Phase” be 120 degrees?
PAS:
setting the PAS; What is meant by Low? Mid? High?
- is Low: LOW supporting force by motor?
- is Low: a low speed by pedals for picking up pedelec action?
- is low: a low motor support by low pedelec?
- Etc
PAS Direction: FWD of REV ?
Does anybody have experience with this?
