Hello All. I have recently bought a 36V 500W rear wheel which fitted quite well. Unfortunately I fell just after a few rides. The bike came to rest on the side where the wire enters the hub. This resulted in 4 wires being cut. I managed to open the hub and connect the wires together, but now the axle is not turning freely. I think the coiled wires are sticking to the magnets. What can I do?

Due to the expensive costs of repair as our factory is in China, please keep your motor until we have a distributor/dealer near you. You can then send it in for repair at a small cost. Because from my experience, as long as you have the tools, replacing a broken wire is one of the easiest things for a hubmotor engineer.
