Cruise-Controller-Wiring-Diagram do not match our Controller on our E-bikes (http://www.trahantering.se/ebike/finished-bike/index.html)
We wonder how to connect the horn and the battery lever indicator
Se the attached pictures

Question ?
1. Are D on our Controller = R on the Wiring Diagram (http://www.goldenmotor.com/e-Bike-DIY/Cruise%20Controller%20Wiring%20Diagram.pdf) (.pdf)
2. Are S on our Controller = H on the Wiring Diagram (http://www.goldenmotor.com/e-Bike-DIY/Cruise%20Controller%20Wiring%20Diagram.pdf) (.pdf)
3. Is it possible to order the fittings that makes it possible to connect the horn ans the battery indicator to the controller
the fittings delivered do not serve that purpose :'(

1. Yes
2. Yes
3. The horn switch needs to be connected between Z and H, the supplied connectors are not good for this. I would try to find a connector from an old computer or something for the "H" connection, the "Z" connection could be tapped into one of the existing black wires coming from the big connector. I have not connected my horn switch yet.
The green battery-indicator wire should be connected directly to the "+" connector of the battery. I soldered an extra wire to the battery connector and put a standard automotive connector from "Biltema" on this wire and on the green wire from the throttle controller.

Thanks Helge now we got some fittings from an old computer
Is it the Green Wire on the throttle that is unconnected that should be + connected ?

Yes, the open ended green wire goes to the battery "+". When this is connected all three LED's on the throttle will light on fully charged pack. As the voltage drops, the green and then the yellow LED will go off. You will also notice that the voltage will sometimes drop when loading the motor a lot, it is a good idea to back off the throttle a bit when this happens.
