Title: Magic Pie V3 - Regenerative Braking Setup

Hi All,

I have a Magic Pie Version 3, 1000W Direct drive hub motor (48VDC). The question have is how do I setup the regenerative braking ability on this motor? Do I need a cycle analyst or is there some other way to do it? Thank you for your help with my question.

Hello,

you don't need a cycle analyst to setup regen braking. You will need a USB programming cable designed for your Magic Pie 3 and the Golden Motor programming software which can be found here:
