Title: problem to connect hub and software

Hi Guys,
like the title I have a problems to connect hub and software.

i've tried on different laptop but I receive ever the same message "timeout error"

ch340 driver are ok....latest version of software is ok..... some suggestions???

Have you selected the correct COM port for the USB adapter?
Try to connect as shown in Gary's Video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtudSAudyrM&t=24s)?

If this is on your Smart Pie, can you still connect via Bluetooth?

Yes, Com port is correct and i've tried to on/off battery like video but without success.

Bluetooth work with all hubs? I have this:

I verified that the only two things that will cause that error box is...

1) No power to controller
2) Communication cable or wiring not properly connected to controller.

Controller powered up before you pressed the connect button that is left of the com port selection box?

hi,
yes....probably there isn't current in the controller.

i've tried also with bluetooth but led is not appear....
