Title: Arduino controlled throttle

Hello,

I have a BLDC HPM3000 and a VEC200 controller. Is it possible to use arduino as the throttle? If so, how should I connect it and what do I do? Currently I can't get the motor starting at all. What other parts do I have to purchase?
