I could  tell you what bike to purchase which comes with triple crown forks, but the best 'budget' tripple crown forks to buy that are easy to purchase are these three...

RST killah
Rockshox domain
DNM USD-8

All of these are suspension forks, the DNM is an Up-Side-Down fork like on dirt bikes.  If you are looking for rigid dorks.... I have no idea, not my area of knowldge.

Andrew, you should also have mentioned that those forks all have 20mm "Thru-Axle" fixings which are not suitable for use with front mounted hubmotors or the old style front wheels/hubs.

They would therefore require a new front wheel assembly (or new hub and a wheel rebuild) to enable them to be used, which may not end up being very budget friendly.

For the price of those forks I would expect a complete bike (or even two or three bikes), but then again, I'm just a cheapskate with a non existent budget.   ;D

Its not clear to me if he wants the motor in the forks or somewhere else in the bike, so I just took a punt at helping.   I am sure they probably have some pretty weird bike designs in Canada where rigid chopper style forks can be got easy if thats what he needs.

Alan, I am surprised you've even upgraded from recycled Pb batteries to lipo over the years. I must admit I am not one of the scrap heap challenge crowd.  :(
