Title: Battery with broken key switch

Hello, we have a cuboid lithium-ion battery pack with a burned out key switch. The battery itself is functional but the broken key switch prevents any power flow. Does anyone know if it is possible for us to send the battery back to Golden Motor for repair? Or does the company sell the key switch separately such that we can buy it and service it ourselves?

Hi Kevin,

I presume you mean the usual rack mounted pack like this:

Gary (GM Canada) usually keeps replacement keyswitch units (https://www.goldenmotor.ca/products/Keyswitch.html) in stock for the battery shown above.

Hopefully it will be the correct one for your battery.
