I'm really sorry but what do I have to do with this GREEN wire ?

Is it to connect to PLUS of my battery ? Do I understand it correct?

Thank you, colleagues!   :)

It says battery level; put a voltmeter on it and it probably will give you a readout of your battery status; kinda how full the "tank" is.
just my guess tho,

Green wire is hooked up to Battery + and is what lights up the thumb throttle's lights.

It seems strange to me that one has to connect the green wire to the plus wire of the battery. I mean, the battery is already connected to the controller, why isn't the green wire connected to the PLUS battery wire via the controller?

The green wire is part of the throttle wiring. It lights the battery meter built into the throttle.
