In response to my email I was asked to put in a ticket to resolve a problem. However on the webpage for the tickets the captcha image isn't displaying. I've tried a few different browsers and platforms and it still doesn't work. Am I the only one having this issue? I can't submit a ticket without entering the captcha word. If I can't raise a ticket, post in the forum. or send my question by email, what can I do to get help? Thanks

I have just attempted to open a ticket on my Android phone and on my Windows 7 PC and the captcha image is being displayed correctly on both of them, so it looks like the problem could be unique to your device.
I would suggest you try to access it again using another device (Phone, PC or Laptop) and see if it is the same.
If you still can't raise a ticket, give Gary a call (or contact him via Live Chat) and explain your problem.

Sorry about that.
I was having problems with the ticket system and had to install a whole new version of it. It just stopped working.
