Title: Smart pie 5 and display

Hi friends,
i've got the new Smart Pie 5 wheel

i've tried this with telephone bluetooth connection just I prefer the classic display (i prefer to put the telephone on saddle bag)

therefore i've purchased the display bac-601 but there are problems.

i  receive the error 9 and I can't adjust the PAS level or see speed

some suggestions?

Are you sure you have purchased the correct version of the BAC-601 Smart Display? Because there are two different versions of the BAC-601, which are specific to either the MP4/SP4 controllers or the MP5/MP Edge and SP5 controllers.

If the BAC-601 Display that you purchased was meant for a Smart Pie 4, then it could explain why it doesn't work properly with your Smart Pie 5 controller.  :-\

The Error Code 9 indicates a communication failure, so are you able to program the SP5 controller with the SP4 USB programming lead?

Hi,
I had a Magic Pie 4 26" with the display BAC 601, and it worked great.
Now a have the Magic Pie 5 28" and with the same display and it does not work.
Also get error 9, and I can't adjust the PAS level or see speed.

The communication with the controller via USB is OK.

Please help me!!!
