Title: PAS Voltage problem

I have a cycle analyst V3 hooked up to the bike and no matter what PAS voltage I put into the V3 it will only go to a max of 300watts while pedalling
I've re-flashed the firmware to the V3 with no luck. Does anyone happen to know what might be wrong?

Problem solved: Its turned out to be the particular firmware I was using.
