I am a newly registered member.
I see no way of making a new post. Is there a button somewhere to click, or what?

Now that your account has been confirmed (http://goldenmotor.com/SMF/index.php?topic=4051.msg22975#msg22975) you should be able to post new topics and respond to existing topics on the forum.  ;)
