Title: Oiling bearings on a Magic Pie 4

Dear Golden Motor Forum,

I have this Magic Pie 4 for a few months now. I'm very pleased with it, it's a totally new biking experience. Lately though I started feeling some grinding inside the wheel if I just push the bike around slowly. Did anyone open the motor up to oil those bearings? Is there any video on how to do it or do I just remove the cover plate to find that bearing?
