Title: What is best to use for programming MP3, Windows NT, Windows 7 or Windows 8.1?

Okay, waiting for my MP3 now in a 700C wheel rear...

When I need to program it, what are the best options for success?

Windows NT

Windows 7

Windows 8.1

I use Windows XP and Windows 7 without any problem on all my controllers. (Except for the MkI Magic Pie as the original internal controller was not programmable! ::))

Any issues with Windows 8.1?
Or Windows Vista?

Generally as a rule, should I find an old laptop With Windows XP in order to succeed? What does GM use to test their products?
