Title: Is "wyh" a.k.a David still available?

It is time to do something about getting my Smart Pie replaced after it imploded??? leaving the gear cassette spinning freely in either direction (accompanied when wheel turns with a symphony of broken bits sounds!!).

So could any of the regulars or GM people please confirm that "wyh" a.k.a David is still available. I ask because he sorted same motor when cooling fan / disk mount disintegrated previously. I have tried to contact Davids email address.

Yes, David is still there but is currently very busy and is not always able to respond to emails.

Send him a picture and a brief explanation of the failure and hopefully he will respond as soon as he is able to do so:
