Title: Battery Management System specifications for 48V 10Ah LiFe4Po

Does any know the BMS specs?  For example, I'm looking for this kind of info:

1.  What is the low voltage cutoff, high voltage cutoff?
2.  Is there a power switch to turn off power if cells are totally discharged?
3.  Does the BMS precharge the motor controller capacitors?    <-- I'm pretty sure the answer is NO

And this confirms why I won't be buying from golden motor...

The owner of goldenmotor.com didn't know this info and asked me to post on forum.  Quite sad for a business if you ask me.
