Title: Battery Management System kicks in to soon

I have a 48V10AH-LiFePO4-Aluminum-Cased-Battery.I believe it is fully charged but when I use it the BMS kicks in when the battery is put under minimal load (barely moving the bike) .This battery has been sitting for two years although I have maintained the charge. Any suggestions ?

I think of the cells are almost dead....
