Very similar to what I'm currently building, love to know where you got the front forks, I had to custom make forks to be wide enough for the Smart Pie and suit the 1" fork shaft.
 I hooked mine up to the Battery yesterday and watched the wheel go round for the first time, I've only got 24v at the moment, with some wiring I should be able to give it a run this week sometime  :)
