I recently bought two MPIII kits direct from GM, both with PA. However when I checked the kits, I found that the magnet rotor was missing from one of them. I emailed my sales rep at GM and he asked me to send photos of what I did have. So I sent photos of both kits, showing that one had the rotor missing.
I heard nothing for quite a few days and emailed asking if the shots had got there OK and were they clear (a polite way of asking what was going on, please). I have not had a reply again for about 3-4 working days.
Before the sale I was getting almost instant replies to requests for info and to alter my requirements for a quote. We are in the same time zone.
Now nothing.
I can probably cobble together something to act as rotor, but should I be worried? I read several people saying that they had had excellent after sales service. This is such a minor mater and so easily solved, yet I have zilch.
I would like to hear what people think.

I hope to know, which salesman have you emailed to ? I know one of them is absent almost a week.

Wow! I assume you are connected? You guys watch here. Good stuff.
The salesman is Johnson Liu. His not being there for a week would certainly fit the time I have had no reply. I hope all is OK, for whomever.

It was Johnson Liu who was away. He is now back and has me fixed.
