Hello All,
I found several LiFePo4 cells in my battery pack, which was discharged to 0V. Should it be a BMS malfunction or cell problem? How to test?
When then I charged the discharged cells with a small current (about 0.1V), they were recovered from 0V to their nominal 3.3V.
Is it possible that BMS shorts the cells during a discharge?
Thank you!

Its a BMS problem. Do you have a Cycle Analyst or a Watts Up meter?
