Title: modify interface cable

Hi everyone,

i want to modify my programming cable (internal controller) to plug it in the external controller but the colorcodes seem to be different.
the usb cable has black red green and white
and the standard connection on the controller is yellow green blue black red.
can anyone tell me with wires to connect to be able to use the cabla to program the controller?

OK, apparently its impossible to make the cable yourself since I got no answer at all. so I just ordered one. :-)
