Title: On / Off switch for battery
Post by: razor_harm on May 20, 2012, 05:37:55 PM
Hi all, my battery unfortunately has no key-switch.
Is there an easy way to add a simple switch to the battery?

I read somewhere on the forum that people are using a kraus * naimer switch on their negative (battery cable).
Is this a good option, or what other options do I have?

Preferably I would like a switch that can be operated using a key.

Thanks for you help!

I can recommend Perko switches in the US, but try Googling "Battery Disconnect key switch"  to get results for your country.
