Title: How is the program for Magic Pie III? Using and programming via USB

Friends, I need to know step by step how to program the speed remains the Magic III. I'll buy the USB cable and do not know how to use.

     I only know that needs  for programming software and PI-300.I have no chance to programming,must personally have a try.
