clicking noise from rear GM mini motor

I've had a clicking noise for some time now.  Any experiences or ideas what it could be??

Is it just when the motor is working, or all the time?

It might be a good idea to check the tightness of the the cover, as Ginge had to slightly shorten some of his screws because they bottomed out in the thread before the cover was completely tight.
