Hi all
Just wondered  ?
if I not log in why I can see some pictures and not others on this Forum (maybe only GM and dealers only )(maybe where picture is should say log in to see !)
but why still I can see contact information on other members ?(while not sign in )
This would be nice if this was sorted out (prevent spam) well I have seen this on other Forum sites (Layout the same format ) ::)
Do you agree or dissagree ?
Also Spell Checker seen done (on this Format ) Y/N

Some of the images some are attachments whilst others are external image links...

Also some members allow contact information visible while others are hidden.

And what are you talking about prevent spam?? I would sure like to see your efforts at a public forum, have you not noticed the significant reduction in spam??  :D its great haha

So I struggle once again to see the point of this, if it isnt bashing GM products, its the technology they use. What next?? Thank my lucky stars I have never sold anything to you lol

peace out

Before I registered, I ran the usual packet sniffer and other admin tools and the SMF v.1.1.14 that they are running is the second best forum setup you'll find. Securing a public forum is somewhere around the sixth level of Dante's Hell. Been there, surfed it. All things considered they are doing a good job of it.

In the interest of full disclosure. I'm a Charter Member of SMF and could be a bit prejudiced. ;)

I would question the "only site I have visited"
part of your post too.

I have no doubt some of the spammers offered
malware, but you would have clicked through
to their site and inhaled installed to get
anything "crazy"
