Title: LifePO4 36V 10Ah battery problem !!!!

I bought a LifePO4 36V 10Ah battery three months ago from Golden Motor. Now 2 battery cells are DEAD. I try to contact Philip with no respond....where can I find the specific cells for this battery? Is there any guarantee for this product?

The batteries supplied by GM do not have a very good track record.  Do a bit more research and you will see what I am talking about.  Still for the most part Phillip seems to get back to most of those with problems.  It's a slow and painfull process though so understand that.

GM replied to me sending two cells to replace the dead ones. I haven't received them yet. But I don't know how to replace them.....
