Title: USB programming cable

Are cables for MagicPie (PL200I) and BAC281P (PL200E)  controller  the same except the external connector? Can i  replace PL200E connector to connect to MP controller ? Does anybody have this information.

Yes its the same.

If you have the external cable then you can connect it to the internal controller by following:

[From USB Cable]
Red = 5v+
Black = GND
Green = To cruise on controller
Yellow = To RX on controller
