Finally finished latest project.....500W GM Hub + regen controller + 36V 10AH Lifepo4 battery pack. New Jucy hydraulic front disc brake 160mm (rear disc had to be removed).Topeak beam rack with removable sliding battery bag. Speedo/Trip meter. Goes like Bela Lugosi, looks like Briget Bardot!......Cheers from downunder.

Nice job I like it looks good and clean.  But you put your mirror on the wrong side.  ;^) Looks like a pretty small battery pack that's a good thing. Keep an eye on the axle nuts they like to get loose especially with regen.  Spokes stretch a bit and need tightened often till they are set.

Very nice & clean install. What bike did you start out with? Is that a carbon fiber main frame?

I'm using SLA batteries on mine (7aH, adding 20-some pounds to the bike), but would love to go to something lighter; how much does your Lifepo4 pack weigh?

Now to figure out how to pay for it...

MT Bike is steel welded frame inc the swing arm, 26" full suspension purchased new off e-bay Australia for $300+shipping (Ghao Brand) all stripped of logo's etc.
Lifepo4 Battery size 140x200x70mm to my specification. weight 3.4Kg $350+shipping off e-bay. Shoehorned into Topeak rack bag. (see pic). Cheers & good luck.......
