Title: Credit where it's due
Post by: alsline on March 27, 2011, 10:14:12 PM
What is it with some people? just been browsing youtube came across some dipsh!t modding a golden motor controller I mean WHY?????? if you want something different buy it from somewhere else instead of buying what you don't want in order to change it then slagging goldenmotor off because it wasn't what you wanted untill you f*%&ing changed it ffs. What really pissed me off is that I have the same controller almost 2 years now 1500+ miles in all weathers not so much as a blown fuse. I paid for my controller so I don't owe goldenmotor a dime but hey,  Credit where it's due.

Lol I think I know exactly who you are talking about.

No need to swear though :) This is a pretty mellow place

But yes, you are correct. He is quite the caveman. If it's the same guy I'm thinking of, he blew up an unmodded external controller with 69V.... Even though he must have known the caps were rated at 63V and FETs @ 75V

Some people huh :D
