Title: no beeps nothing works xcept the batt guage

36 volt MP
41 volts from the battery
Im hooked up with 41 volts, batt. guage lights , lit up like a xmas tree. I cant get the wheel to move .
I have jumped the 4 and 6 pin to test at full speed...( bypass the throttle) and no change.
Still no beeps , nothing.....any help?
