Hi,
I bought a GM package (750W) on the 23rd of september and I haven't received anything since.
I put forward a claim (paypal) because I want my money back (433$).
Here you can check the status of the package http://www.stamps.com/shipstatus/submit/?confirmation=LJ332950209US It hasn't changed since the 4th of october
Golden motor hasn't answered one of my e-mails !
My order reference is 9GW735220H5772100
Can somebody tell me what's happening ?

Je suis français, j'habite à Paris.
J'ai passé commande le 23 septembre 2010 d'un kit GM 750W sur votre site (433 $).
Le 4 octobre 2010, vous m'avez communiqué comme numéro de suivi de ma commande, le numéro LJ332950209US
Depuis cette date, je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles de ma commande malgré 3 mails de relance à sales@goldenmotor.com ainsi que 2 mails paypal.
Le 19 octobre, j'ai déposé une plainte sur paypal (litige n°PP-001-103-200-231) puisque je n'avais PAS reçu ma commande.
Ce n'est qu'aujourd'hui, le 1er novembre, suite à ma relance sur votre forum que vous m'avez enfin répondu.
Vous me donnez maintenant un autre numéro de suivi de ma commande EE338377293CN.
Vous me dites que vous avez essayé de me livrer le colis.
Pourtant, je n'ai jamais eu de preuve de passage de la livraison à mon domicile (ni messages, ni bons de dépôt).
Vous avez donc dès l'origine commis une erreur en me transmettant un faux numéro de suivi, ce qui m'a empêché de suivre normalement ma commande.
Vous prétendez avoir essayer de me livrer ma commande à mon domicile, en France. Il n'en est rien, je n'ai aucune preuve de cette tentative de livraison.
Dans ces conditions, je vous demande de me livrer ma commande avant le 7 novembre 2010, à défaut, je serais contraint de porter plainte et d'engager une procédure de réclamation auprès de paypal afin d'obtenir le remboursement intégral de ma commande.

I am french and I live in Paris (sorry for my bad english).
I ordered you on the 23rd of september a GM 750W kit on your website (433 $).
The 4th of october, you sent me the tracking number LJ332950209US of my package.
Since this day, I haven't had any news of my order despite 3 e-mails to sales@goldenmotor.com.

Today (two weeks after), the 1st of november, you finally answer me.
Then you give me an other number tracking EE338377293CN.
You said you tried to deliver the package.
Nevertheless I have never had any proof of the passage of the delivery (neither messages, neither depositary receipts).
So you have from the outset made a mistake in sending me a false tracking number, which prevented me from following my order.
You said you try to get my order delivered to my home in France. It is not so, I have no proof of this delivery attempt.
In these conditions, I am asking you to deliver my order before November 7, 2010, failing that, I'd be forced to make a complaint and to initiate a claim with paypal to get my money of my order back.

Hi and Welcome to the forum.
You speak of two issues.
GM not replying to Emails and the time delay that the shipping company is giving you on your package.
As for your Paypal claim was a little bit presumptuous. But with the threads here I can understand your anxiety.
In most situation when a package is not delivered the customer and sender should ally to together to make sure the package is recieved.
It took 8 weeks to get mine from canada, to get it via airmail would of costed me dearly. I over looked buyer protection and took the leap.
I was quite happy with my package. I few rough ends, but some things you should be gentle with. Best you resolve your angry mind before building your ebike.
To be honest GM has responded to your question but maybe not in Email but here in public forums. Your arguement is with the shipping company and best to get GM "the sender" on your side. Tracking number is evidence enough the transaction has been invoiced and dispatched.

If you want Email response understand the age old Chinese communication traditition to the vast populas of utilizing short scripture. Not unlike chinese poetry, keep it short and simple, with a song and maybe a picture. :D
In short keep the content of words in your email to GM small in number and letters. I must say your English is good Pchen92.

Tom is correct, your package does appear to have been dispatched quite promptly, but unfortunately your package appears to be back in China again after six failed delivery attempts on five different days! ???

Are you sure GM have the correct delivery address? Perhaps you should double check this with Tom (tom@goldenmotor.com).

Ok, thanks you.
I figure out with Tom. Cause this GM kit was for my birthday (age: 18) and for me 433$ is expensive. So I want either my money back or the package.

Birthday?Oh,sorry.Actually your kit has travelled to France and wanted you to pick it up at post office,haha,but disappoint, maybe.. you were busy or INCORRECT address and came back to China.
But please don't worry.We will not charge your extra shipping fee.
We will re-ship it in 1-2 days.I think you will like your kit.
