Title: A request to Golden Motor for a simple change in Controller software

With the latest external and internal controllers, it would be easy to make a 100% street-legal Pedelec for Europe:

• One extra selection on software setup screen: Throttle controlled by PAS yes/no
• If set to no - controller works as before
• If set to yes - hand/thumb throttle only works to 6 km/h if PAS is inactive (no pedaling), but thottle works to 25 km/h when PAS is active (when pedaling).

This could be overridden by a hidden button for off-road use. This might be the cruise control button.
