Title: It the webste shipping to a PO BOX or physical address

I'm about to order myself a 12 inch motor wheel to South Africa. When I click on the paypal button on the site it tells me postage and packaging is $75 but is that to ship to a physical address as in DHL or something, or is that postage which I'll have to go and collect?

I think the package will appear at your local post office...
