Title: pedelec doesn't work!

Me and a friend  installed the new controller (the one which features cruise control)
The throttle works fine but we don't manage to make the pedelec working.
 we use our old pedelec system (from the previous version system).
does anyone knows if there is incompatibility beetween this new controller and some pedelec systems?  ???
If not then can somebody help us please?

Hi and welcome Ben,

Have you followed the instructions in the Cruise Controller User Guide (http://goldenmotor.com/e-Bike-DIY/Cruise%20Controller%20User%20Guide.pdf) to select the pedelec function?

Quote

1+1 Pedal Assist Mode:
Release the throttle to zero (Neutral) position during riding, press cruise speed controller button twice,
listen a beep sound, the system enters into pedelec mode.

yes
and I didn't have a bip sound, just after 10 pulse.
