I have ordered and pay for a ebike kit from your Company in 21.9.2009 with your reference number : 0RE92605PY727845R. But I have not any information about the shipping details and I haven’ t received the ebike kit yet.
Please, inform me by email: details information for the shipping date, the transportation company and the transportation documents.

I'm getting the same silence treatment. I ordered on Sept 29, and sent an email on 5 days later (on Oct 4) asking what carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc) was delivering my order. Nothing.
I also got charged an "International transaction" fee which was NEVER mention prior to ordering. What gives here?

This DOES NOT excuse the lack of communications. There was NO mention of potential delays due to "holidays", either on the Golden Motor website, OR by email. Also, my order was placed 2 days BEFORE the holidays (September 29). And as with member Titanas1, I have NO clue what carrier is used for shipment.

If you ordered batteries you may need to wait for a few more days, because our batteries was out of stock since september 28th, the webmaster was not notified of this. Holidays ended on the 8th and the batteries were delivered to the warehouse in china on the 11th, hence you would need to wait a few more days. We apologize for the inconvinience caused, however this long holiday could not be avoided, it is illegal for companies to operate during public holidays. We hope to have your understanding.

To the contrary e-lmer, you are adding your own interpretation. Note my first email to Golden Motors 5 days after I ordered - it was met with the same silence:

Sept. 29 to date has not been 5 to 10 business days, China calender.

I can understand the fustration, im in the same situation, but to be fair I have had response, but not all my questions have been answered,
Its a real shame that the level of service is not matched to the quality of the product...
Golden Motors need to improve their communications, from what I now know the products are delivered in two batches, why don't the emails of delivery notes state this?
What about a tracking number to aid us in keeping it together while we wait....
