How to fix over heating problem with Cruise Speed Controller mounted inside the plastic control box :)
I used heat conductive paste between Speed Controller and heat sink 8) The heat sink then becomes the lid of the plastic box supplied in the latest kits ;D I mounted the plastic box to the under side of the battery rack heat sink facing down 8) So there was plenty of air flow over it :o No more problems with the controller getting to hot sealed inside the plastic box with no air circulating around it to keep it cool ::)

Good idea. I have my controllers in a large plastic rear top box. Now all I need to do is work out a way to get air into the box or over a heatsink whilst still keeping the top box secure and watertight...
