Title: How to fix over heating problem with Cruise Speed Controller
Post by: Who42 on August 09, 2009, 09:02:43 AM
How to fix over heating problem with Cruise Speed Controller mounted inside the plastic control box :)

I used heat conductive paste between Speed Controller and heat sink 8) The heat sink then becomes the lid of the plastic box supplied in the latest kits ;D I mounted the plastic box to the under side of the battery rack heat sink facing down 8) So there was plenty of air flow over it :o No more problems with the controller getting to hot sealed inside the plastic box with no air circulating around it to keep it cool ::)
