For a while now your posts have seemed as though
you are working for a competitor of golden motor.

You know, I find great pleasure in Eastern language
documentation, but your broken english
disparragment of GM products is growing tiresome.

Please feel free to nitpick hardware, but if you have
issues with the website text then keep it to yourself or
take it up with GM in PM instead.
Thanks.

Imer..............
I find Alien's posts amusing and entertaining ;D
I have already discovered that there is some things that Gm has alledged to have said and done in the past and that and that there were some QC issues that needed to be addressed.
I give them the benefit of the doubt. ???
I give Alien that same curtisy. :)
But I need not remind you we are on a .CA Forum.
I like to think that Canadians are open minded and smart enough to decide for themselves what is tiresome or or not worth reading.
If you don't like it ...........why are you reading it?Why do you respond to some and not others?
It would be a true test for GM to once in a while to address the aliens and respect them for there constructive critique.
To slam them is wrong.Take the time to help address issues.I thought this Forum was to to help each other and likewise for GM to gleam valuable
feedback.I myself have sent queries via e-mail and get nothing sent back from GM.
I ask and do not get answers..........
I'm a Noobie wanting to learn.....
Your response does not agree with my sense of of freedom of speech and being comfortable with what I have to say.

I want to here what he says.....he is not vulgar or trying to sell me little blue pills.
He responds to my posts when others don't.

I will build an e-bike.I will do my homework.
I want to spend some cash and get the best bang for my buck.
I expect a certain respect and honour to me..........
and to those that thread with me .......or e-mail.......
Don't insult me by slamming some one that is not as proficient in English.
He's got something to say.......let him say it......he uses no profanity ..............I expect no ethnic insults
Go after the spam instead
Respond to some e-mails sometime........
.........answer some questions when asked
R.E.S.P.E.C.T.
Lets work to get where we all want to be............
Damned that really pissed me off
Can you tell????

I apologize.

I like aliens input on builds.

I am not so interested in
bad mouthing the language on the
GM website.

Still, it is a community and I yield.

That is just one voice.

Admittedly, I've been away for the past few days, but I'm pretty sure I would have noticed if the Forum had moved.   ;)

This Forum was goldenmotor.com long before I became a member, and if you take a close look at the top of this page you should notice that it still is.

To answer the OP....

One have to have read a lot of 'ChinaEnglish' manuals to fully understand what a Chinese means when he write English. ;D The Goldenmotor site are not bad, but they do have their moments. ;)

When they say 'hub motors with energy saving', they means that it's YOU that saves (your body)energy, because you don't have to pedal so much when you use their motors... ;) They also might refer to the regenerative braking... :P

If a keyboard with illuminated keys will help your prose. Try one of the Saitek "Eclipse" keyboards. I have two of them now, my wife won't let me have my first one back. :)

The server hosting the forum is in Phoenix, AZ. The operating system is Linux, database is MySQL, it has all of the usual SSL security running etc. They did start out on a server in B.C. back at the turn of the century. Must have become tired of 8 months of Winter with 4 months of bad skiing.

to be honest I have found the infineons great for the money........$ 79 from cell man at endless-sphere...and lyens are amazing ....both customizable, and supplied with the best Fets :)

I been using my infineon at various settings...by can easily run constant 40 amps, peak of 60, phase of over 110......

I hear Kelly controllers are also good
