"Allowable Shaft Mode" ??

Hi guys,
Had someone ring asking about the 'Allowable Shaft Mode'  ??? and also the Normal Ambient Temperature Operating Range, relating to the Magic Pie kits.  Can someone point me to a spec sheet which lists these, and/or explain these specs to me?

Not sure you will find those.
The first one sounds like a bad translation,
The second is ambiguous enough to make
it a useless spec.
(IE: the pie operates at 170 degrees, but pulls
4 times the current and the top speed drops
to 8 mph. So, what, -50 to 170 degrees?)

Just got some clarification on the questions...
"I wanted to know more about the pancake motors, particularly the PM-12B. Also the first part was the allowable shaft load; the motor I’m looking for would operate a buff wheel to clean a paper corrugating wheel, this imparts some reasonable forces on the motor’s output shaft and I wanted to compare these to the allowable figures for your motor. The second part is concerning the fact that the environment this motor would sit in is at a temperature of 155 degrees Celsius, and if this motor has the wrong type of winding insulation then running at this ambient temperature could severely reduce the lifespan of the motor. I wanted to know what ambient temperatures the PM-12B motor can be operated in without lowering the expected lifespan so that I could see whether this suits my application. I apologise for not explaining my problem properly."

OK, so who's an expert on the PM-12B   ???
