That's good you posted those pics, especially the second one, hehe wow that would be fun to ride :D

The second picture looks like the axle can be somewhat customised, I have a couple of hub motors that you can modify it.

It doesn't look like you can with the GM wheels? I'm really not sure if the axle can be changed..

If I did build the trike it would be a font cast wheel, then probably a HPM5000 (or 2 lol) on the rear as the rims would be taking a beating around the bush tracks near me

Did you have any more info on the trike? Like brand/company etc. and where did you find that second picture haha

The hub motors on the Quad are normal ones just with the solid side of the axial cut off

and bolted only on one side through a 4mm steel plate the axial is minimum 10mm thick across te flats which even with the hole for the wires seems strong enough with the added tight fitting bush around the thicker part of the axial at 14mm whitch takes most of the verticle load ::)

Thank you for posting that plan of the one side wheel attachment. It is one of the modifications I need to make to the MP.
If you have more information or pictures I will appreciate a lot if you can show me them. Thank you

I like that 4-wheel version. I think the 3-wheel would be fun too. I'm  guessing the 4-wheel would be more stable. It would make a good bike for someone with a disability. I wonder if it would fit on a normal wheelchair lift (http://www.braunability.com/wheelchair-lifts.cfm) or if it could be modified?
