Wanted: Steel MTB frame with horizontal 10mm droputs. 18-20" On-One, Surly, Fire

As in title.  Can anyone help? I'm based in the UK.  On-one Inbred frame or fire eye frame or a Surly troll frame.  Anything considered,  but dropout must be steel and slotted/horizontal.   18-20" for 26" wheel

well,,,  i've got bike number 2 at present working off an Infineon controller. I've given Ginge a bunch of batteries which he should be presently building into 72 or 84 volt pack.  I've had frame bag made from a design I knocked up which is made to measure for the frame and I'm hoping Ginge can build the pack to that shape and size.  So I thought it best to get a suitable frame ;D
