Got the spacers in and the wheel is off the frame.

Wheel was spinning nicely until the free wheel (6 speed gear tightened up).Binding soon ensued. I think it need the shim(washer?). Where does it go?

P.S I set two U clamps on both sides of the rear frame and ran a cable tightener between them .Turning the cable tightener backwards .Work like a charm for spreading the rear axel gap on the frame.
Cost me 3.75 CDN. Save me “finger knuckle abuse”.

I will send a picture ,,,,,when I find out how.

The shim needs to be fitted between the freewheel and the hub.
