Title: MX-36C-EB-D (GM)contoller

Will the MX-36C-EB-D (GM)contoller work with just the motor and thottle plug in?
It may help me find out what I'm doing wrong.
I'm using this on a GM 48v rear wheel with a 48v GM battery
