Hi,
Have any of you purchased from Golden via e-mail? How does the procedure work?
I'm trying to get my rear wheel kit but I haven't heard back from them lately, and I'm just curious how the whole process goes.

Keep sending emails and asking sales. Philip may have returned to Shanghai to continue setting up the new customer service center.

I have been sending emails to Philip Yao at the address sales@goldenmotor.com, but have not received any replies since 10 nov 2006
where I bought an ebike konversion kit. I have tried to get an extra battery and a pedelec system, I have even send the money via Paypal to them but no reply what so ever. Are the out of buisness or don't they want to sell to private persens anymore ?

Sorry, official online Golden Tech Support for the goldenmotor site is likewise dependent upon Philip at sales@goldenmotor.com, and believe it or not, is more often than not likewise suffering from the same lack-of-response-to-most-questions problem.
