What Is The (Factory Amps Setting) of Magic Pie II 48v???

Maximum..... 30Peak 50Max

However, by setting the voltage to 24v generally yields greater power

Saying this, the factory setting is generally 24v also....

If you happen to have to change this (from 48 to 24) The downside is your low voltage cutout on the controller will be set too low. If you own a GM battery this won't really be a problem because the BMS will turn off the circuit in this event.

so what your saying is my 48v 1000 watt motor is set at 24 at the moment?

so I have the get the interface wire to change to higher voltage?

In my experience changing the voltage made no difference. The max amps will be around 22. Some have said that changing the settings with the interface will actually limit the controller, so best to leave it alone.  Gary Salo of GM canada has recorded much better wattage on the MP3 with it's new internal controller.
