Hi!

My name is Poul and few days ago I have started playing with 10kW BLDC motor from GM connected to HPC500H 96400.

I am having following problem:

When voltage on my battery increase above 90V engine stops and I am not bale to reach half of nominal RPM without the load.

I have connected controller to PC using PI-400 kit and using HPCMIS_WIN.exe application I was trying to change over voltage shutdown level from 90V
to 96V. Application reports no error, but after reading I see still 90V:(

What is wrong?

BTW: Monitor tab seems to work fine.

Problem has been solved.
Controllers had 72V logic inside 96V cover!!! :'(

Presumably it had the correct internal hardware but had somehow been flashed with the incorrect firmware?  ::)

Good to hear it is now sorted.
